Measure 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water. The grind size should look similar to sea salt.
Add grounds to french press then pour freshly boiled water (~200° F) into the brew chamber.
Place the lid back on the brew chamber and wait 4 minutes for coffee to complete the brewing process.
Once the brew is finished, push plunger down and decant into your favorite mug.
