How to brew Toddy cold brew
Put the rubber stopper into the bottom of the brewer. Next, place the cloth filter inside the brew chamber.
Use 4 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water. The size of the grounds should look similar to sea salt.
Add the grounds to the brew chamber then pour your room temperature water over the whole bed of coffee. Make sure you’re using fresh filtered water.
Cover the brew chamber and wait 16 to 20 hours for coffee to complete the brewing process.
Once the brew is finished, remove rubber plug from bottom of the brew chamber and let coffee filter into the decanter.
Dilute coffee concentrate to taste with 1 part coffee to 2 to 3 parts water, ice, or milk. Concentrate will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
