How to brew Toddy cold brew
- Setup
Put the rubber stopper into the bottom of the brewer. Next, place the cloth filter inside the brew chamber. - Grind
Use 4 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water. The size of the grounds should look similar to sea salt. - Pour
Add the grounds to the brew chamber then pour your room temperature water over the whole bed of coffee. Make sure you’re using fresh filtered water. - Steep
Cover the brew chamber and wait 16 to 20 hours for coffee to complete the brewing process. - Filter
Once the brew is finished, remove rubber plug from bottom of the brew chamber and let coffee filter into the decanter. - Enjoy
Dilute coffee concentrate to taste with 1 part coffee to 2 to 3 parts water, ice, or milk. Concentrate will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
