This is a very different coffee and shouldn't be confused with the original "Maui Grown Coffee from Kaanapali, West Maui"

Origin: Pukalani, Maui
Variety: Red Catuai. Developed in 1949 by crossing a Red Caturra and the Mundo Novo varieties. Red Catuai began commercial production in Brazil in 1972. Red Catuai grows well in lower elevations, especially good for mechanical harvesting.
Roast: Dark
Taste Profile: An extended roast time to shift the flavor profile away from bright, floral and citrus to sweet caramel and nutty notes.
